The Shield - A 588-Acre Multi-Use Campus that is a CENTRIFUGE OF HOPE for the COACHELLA VALLEY

CAMPUS OVERVIEW

Welcome to The Shield at 1 Coyote Way - where a 12,000 seat, air-conditioned stadium anchors a unique place of gathering across 588 acres for sports, entertainment and faith. The Shield is supported by a commercial district that includes medical office buildings, surgery center, high-tech medical solutions, a wellness hotel, food emporium, restaurants, and senior living, where young and old engage.

Operated by Coachella Sports & Entertainment LLC, The Shield delivers unparalleled vision for sports, sports tourism, medical, entertainment, restaurant, hotel and convention offerings that will make it the region's most active live content and event campus developer in Coachella Valley history.

Coachella Valley youth development will be paramount at The Shield, where its indoor ampitheater will deliver year-round 'Above the Line™' training and curriculum across all age groups. Inside will be addtional training facilities and meeting rooms, while outside will feature a fresh vegetables farmer's market, which complements local Coachella Valley agriculture. CSESA will partner with desert high schools and school districts to provide much-needed relief for public-use playing fields, common areas and championships at no charge.

The multi-tenant Shield will represent the Valley as a hub for inventive thinking; medical brilliance; financial freedom and healthy leisure. Inside its walls will be international connections; gifted residents; and constant alternative youth programming through sports, education and leadership development.

With an emphasis on faith and family values, The Shield will be a unique place of gathering that unites every man, woman and child, young and old alike in the Coachella Valley corridor. Covering 588 acres of prime real estate, the Shield will be a centrifuge of hope, enriching life in the Coachella Valley with every dollar generated.

The world-class project team of CSESA and The Shield at 1 Coyote Way includes accomplished financiers, CPAs, attorneys, builders, architects, and executives, who are distinguished by their history of turning obstacles into opportunities. The Shield will generate over 2,000 jobs and labor income of $3.8 billion in direct, indirect and induced economic output over 20 years. Local and state tax revenues for those two decades will generate more than $260 million.

Environmentally friendly, The Shield will be housed in distinguished architecture that reflects long-term quality-of-life commitments to desert citizens.
